Each year, the Times selects 20 unique Northwest Indiana community members under 40 years of age to receive this award.  Our 20 Under 40 celebration is a prestigious recognition presented by the Times Media Company to some of the most energetic business leaders in the Region.  All our winners are up and comers under the age of 40, and we are confident that they will change the face of business in Northwest Indiana.  In addition to their achievements in their careers, our winners are dedicated to improving life in our area by participating in philanthropic organizations and spearheading charitable initiatives that help thousands of people in Northwest Indiana each year.  Come celebrate with us at the Avalon!
